Stunning English Rose

On The Catwalk

On The Catwalk
1 of 2
What a show! And what a catwalk sensation!
This season, we gave an updated nod to the oh-so-beautiful ballgown, with full-skirted dresses to dance in, floor-sweeping layers of silk, tulle and chiffon, and swathes of ribbons and silk flowers.
Also proving popular on the catwalk was a flavour of the Belle Époque, with soft, simple silhouettes embellished with sparkling crystals and heritage jewels, alongside clean lines for the sophisticated modern bride.                .

Brides fashion director Bryony Toogood styled the latest bridal collections from more than 20 of the best international and British designers, including Browns Bride, David Fielden, Stephanie Allin Couture, Naomi Neoh, Ian Stuart, Halfpenny London, Katya Katya Shehurina, Zaeem Jamal, Britta von Basedow, Elizabeth Todd, Andrea Hawkes Bridal, Mojgan Bridal, Vicky Rowe Bridal, Arga & Arga, The Wedding Club, Charlotte Simpson, Little Bevan, twobirds Bridesmaid, Maids to Measure, Not Another Boring Bridesmaid Dress and more.

Brides The Show will be brimming with the most wonderful of wedding ideas around, of course, but the catwalk is sure to be the highlight for many.
To give you a glimpse at what our fashion director Bryony Toogood has in store for you, we ask her to share the inspiration behind this season's most exciting bridal show.
"Influenced by quintessential English ladies, this season is all about whimsical romance," says Bryony. "Dressing like a lady couldn't be more divine - ooze femininity in silk and tulle, chiffon and lace. New classic silhouettes emphasise the waist and shoulders, with delicate draping, ruffles and floor-skimming frothy skirts. Embellishments and trimmings of ribbons, bows and roses give a heritage feel, while accessories are kept utterly feminine with a touch of the English eccentric."
Sounds magical, doesn't it?
To make sure you have the best seats in the house (and a glass of bubbles, of course) be sure to book your Gold Catwalk Tickets. Take note of the catwalk times and prepare to be inspired…
