Tayo Faniran Meets Ayiri Emami, the man rumoured to have given him $350,000

On December 7, 2014 Idris Sultan from Tanzania edged out Nigeria’s Tayo Faniran to win the 9th edition of Big Brother Africa tagged BBHotshots.

A few days later, a gist went viral that Nigerian billionaire, Ayiri Emami who has slashed cash on a number of Nigerian entertainers in the past has offered to give Tayo a whopping sum of $350,000. Not long after, Tayo took to twitter to deny the story saying, ‘Who is he, where is he, if this $350,000 na real, e mean say na this Chairman Ayiri be the real big brother. #TeamTayo Are they MAD??’.

And now, barely 24hours since Tayo landed in Nigeria, pictures of him lounging with Ayiri Emami has gone viral which begs the question about what has happened regarding the said cash.
