There's a very fine line. Apparently.
She's been compared to the likes of Mariah Carey and JLo for being rather *ahem* difficult backstage, but it seems that Ariana Grande doesn't mind her 'diva' label.
The 21-year-old pop star, who is constantly being accused of making RIDIC demands and stropping off all over the show, is actually okay with it.
Each to their own, yeah, Ari?!
The Bang, Bang singer told the Telegraph Magazine: "It’s weird to me because I do see myself as a fairly positive, very friendly person. So it’s kind of odd.
"I also think a lot of people don’t know what the word 'diva' means. If you want to call me a diva I’ll say, 'Um, well, cool.' Barbra Streisand is a diva; that’s amazing. Celine Dion is a diva; thank you."
Ummm - yeah, okay.
But while she's, like, *totes* on board with THAT label, there's one that she's REALLY NOT OKAY WITH, OKAY?
Ariana added: "But if you want to call me a b**ch, that’s not accurate. Because it’s just not in my nature."
Jessie J recently spoke out in Ariana's defence, hitting back at all those pesky claims that she's a nightmare to work with.
She told Capital FM: "I know how it feel to have people say stuff about you that isn't true. I would never say anything if I hadn't met her, but I have met her and I've hung out with her and I've worked with her.
"She's 21 years-old and until you've lived the life that she's living you can't understand how hard it is. And there's a very thin line between diva and survival and especially, as a woman, I have to stick up for all of us. It gets really tough."

There you have it; she's a survivalist not a diva, okay?
