Nollywood actress, Mimi Orjiekwe, over the weekend, visited Heart Gold Children Auspice in Surulere, Lagos to identify with the less privileged in the society. Mimi, during the visit, donated several gift items and cash donation to the orphanage.
The actress, while speaking at the event said: “I like to visit and support the SOS/Children villages because I have seen that the children are growing up in a safe and loving environment.”
She spent quality time playing and getting to know them.
The proprietress of the orphanage commended her effort and described Mimi as a lovely lady, who genuinely adores kids. “Every move and every look of her was filled with love for our children and we were moved by their genuine affection.”
It was great excitement, not only for our kids but for our staff as well.”
The “Lekki Husband” fame star kissed and hugged children and also played with them and crawled around on the floor to entertain them.
The sultry actress has made no secret of the fact that she is keen to providing and helping more children.
